1) Chartered Accountancy Course
CAs or Chartered Accountants are the professionals responsible for financial services for a particular company or firm. Our whole economy revolves around money, and CAs provide financial advice and help businesses, individuals, or governments with money management. Taxation and Auditing are the core aspects of this course.
Course Structure
ICAI is the governing body that conducts Chartered Accountancy, which conducts the examinations every year for different levels in this course. There are three levels of CA courses.
Foundation level
Students who qualify for class 10th and class 12th with 50% marks are eligible to take the entry-level exam.
Earlier, the foundation level examination was called CPT, but now as per the revised syllabus, it is CA Foundation Examination.
Registration can be done on the official website of ICAI.
The Exams are conducted twice a year.
Students who want to appear in May/ June or November/ December session must register for examination on or before January 1 / July 1 of the particular year accordingly.
Study material is provided by the institute and delivered to your doorsteps.
There are four subjects in the syllabus, of which two are practical subjects and two subjects are practice.
Admit card is released before 14 days of the exam.
The results are declared two months after the exam.
Students who have scored 40 marks in each subject and 50% in the aggregate of four subjects are considered qualified for the exams.

Intermediate level
After clearing the foundation level, we are eligible for registration in intermediate-level exams on the ICAI portal.
Another way to enroll in this level is a direct entry route after graduation or post-graduation with 55% marks.
It is a second level of the CA course.
There are a total of eight subjects in the course.
The subjects have detailed knowledge of finance, accounts, and laws related to them.
Study material is provided by the institute.
The exams are scheduled every 8 months after CA foundation level examinations.
The admit card is released 14 days before the exams.
Students should score 40% in each subject or 50% aggregate to clear the intermediate level.
The examination result is declared after two months of the exams.

Final Level
Students who clear the intermediate level are eligible for final-level examination registration on the ICAI portal.
It is the last level of the course
Study material is provided by the institute after registration.
The course has two groups.
Each group has four subjects
The subjects are more detail-oriented as compared to other levels.
Before giving examinations of this level, we must complete 3 years of articleship in a company or a CA firm.
Admit cards can be downloaded before 14 days of examination.
Result declared before two months.
For qualifying for the CA finals, we must score 40% in each subject and 50% in aggregate subjects.

2) Company Secretary
CS or Company secretary is a professional course related to the company's legal compliance and proper functioning. Wide exposure to law-related subjects as well as accountancy, economics, and other commerce subjects is provided at three stages of this course. ICSI i.e. Indian Institute of Company Secretary of India conducts the exams at a specific time interval each year. Companies need a compliance officer to do day-to-day work as per the guidelines specified by the government of India. Every company needs a Company Secretary for this purpose.
Course Structure
ICSI is the statutory body under the act of parliament responsible for conducting the CS examinations at three levels every year. The 3 stages of the CS course are mentioned below in detail.
CSEET (Foundation Level):
After completing class 12th examinations, one can register for the CSEET course through the ICSI portal.
This is the first level of the course.
CSEET i.e., Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test, has been in place of the CS Foundation Course since January 2020.
Examinations are held four times a year.
Registrations are done mainly in December, April, June, and October.
The exam comprises 2 parts
MCQ-based exam on four subjects
Viva Voce of 15 minutes on “Presentation and Communication Skills.”
Students have to score 40% marks in each subject and 50% aggregate in all combined subjects.
There is no negative marking for the wrong answer.
Students who have passed the final exams of ICAI and ICMAI are exempted from this exam by providing a specific amount as per ICSI guidelines.
Admit card is released a few weeks before the exam.
The result is declared every 4th week of May, July, November, and January.

Executive level:
When we clear the first level examinations, then registration for executive examinations is done on the ICSI portal.
It is the second level of the course.
Cs executive has two modules with eight subjects in both modules.
Exams are conducted twice a year i.e., June and December
Subjects are related to accountancy, Company law, other related laws, cost management, and many more.
The exam is subjective for five papers; the rest are in MCQ format.
Admit card is released a few weeks before examinations
To qualify for this exam, one must get 40% in each subject and 50% aggregate in all the subjects of a particular module.
Results are declared after two months in August and February every year.
Pre-exam online test comprising computer-based online MCQ is also conducted, which we can take at home.

Final Level:
After completing the executive level and passing with flying colors, one can register for final level examinations on the ICSI portal.
It is also known as the Professional level.
There are three modules with three subjects in each module.
All nine subjects are detailed oriented and subjective.
Pre-computer MCQ test is to be completed by students.
These exams are conducted twice a year i.e., June and December
We can appear in one module or more as per convenience
Two out of nine exams are open book exams and we can take our books or notes.
Admit card is released a few weeks before the exam
The result is declared in August and February every year.
The practical training is done for 21 months and can be done after passing the CS executive level or final level.
After clearing all the exams, we can use CS as a suffix before our name and can go ahead in our careers.

3) Cost Works Accountant
Every organization needs a Cost works accountant who helps to manage the cost incurred for specific activities of the organization. The optimum utilization of all the resources as per the price is appropriately analyzed by CWA. Indian Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India i.e. ICWA is the regulatory body that conducts CWA course exams.
Course Structure
Foundation level:
Students who have completed their class 10th or class 12th are eligible to register on the ICWA website.
Exams are conducted every year in June and December.
Registration should be done before 31st July for the December attempt and 31st January for the June attempt.
There are four subjects which need to be studied for the exam.
The course duration is eight months and then an exam is to be taken
Admit card is provided before the exam.
The exam is MCQ based.
Students who score 40% in each subject and 50% in aggregate will pass.
Results are declared after 2 months.

Intermediate level:
Students who have passed the foundation level are eligible for registration at the intermediate level.
There are two groups with four subjects in each of them.
The subjects are related to cost management, finance management, direct and indirect tax, etc.
We need to qualify for the exams by scoring 40% in each subject and 50% in aggregate subjects.
Registration can be done for December before 31st July or June term before 31st January.
Results are declared after 2 months of the exams.
Admit card is released a few weeks before exams.
After completing the executive level, skill development training is also provided to the students.
Industrial training is also provided for 7 days.

Final level:
The final level registrations are done when we have passed the intermediate level.
It is the last level of the course.
Students have to go through different subjects with in-depth knowledge.
